Time To Be Happy
Hey there,
It's been a while since I last wrote a post on this dusty blog.
As always, I start with some apologies. On the last post, which was written exactly 3 months ago, I was assuring that Summer would have come with many new posts and articles, and claiming that I had so many new ideas to share in this personal corner.
Well, I DO have many ideas and stuff like that. The thing is that I didn't have so much time to cultivate my creativity, and I felt shy, I did fear other people's judgements and opinions. For these reasons, I decided to avoid thinking about this blog and the potential creation of a YouTube channel (yes, here it go: I've always dreamt of opening my personal channel - that is, since I have discovered the fantastic world of YouTube, make-up and DIY tutorials, reviews and stuff like that), and spent my ordinary holidays here in Italy.
Now, August is almost over (together with my beloved holidays), and in less than two weeks I will be packing my stuff and clothes again and heading to Sweden, where I have to finish my last year at Lund Uni. I have the feeling that I really need to find some nice hobbies and activities to do while I'm abroad, otherwise I'll suffer from homesick and stress (and, since this year I have to write my final MSc thesis, stress and pressure will be quite frequent during the whole year), and eventually I'll commit suicide and let cockroaches and mice eat my corpse. *kidding, of course!*
My new "motto" (shall we call it like this?) is: f*** it, just be happy, listen to your heart and do what you do really like, don't give a dammit of what other people think, just care about yourself, that's all. Stop being overwhelmed by what surrounds you, just follow your feelings and do what you want to do, that's all.
So, from September I'll SERIOUSLY start shaping ad creating this blog, according to what I like and what makes me feel happy and enthusiastic.
That's a promise. Now it's time to be happy.
V.
